Aside from the details above, I will also need you to
- Scan or Take a digital picture of your ID (any gov’t issued ID)
- Email it to garrydc@financialplanningph.com
- Bring your initial investment either in cash or check (payable to Sun Life Asset Management Company Inc or SLAMC)
That way, we wouldn’t have to photocopy your ID when we meet. Acknowledgment receipts will be given as proof of your payment.
